Prices, mileage, equipment and statuses shown are examples. The images are representative visualisations. They do not confirm availability, inspection, technical condition or the history of a specific car.

Inquiries and contracts

Submitting an inquiry is not an order, reservation, contract or payment. A receipt acknowledgment does not confirm a purchase. Specific terms, total price, import costs, transport and timelines are agreed separately before a commitment.

Sources and rights

No partnership with or representation of car listing platforms is claimed, and there is no live connection to their catalogues. Marques belong to their respective owners. The sources of the representative photographs are listed in visual asset credits.

Complaints and consumer rights

If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, you have your statutory rights, including the right to file a complaint. Complaints are submitted to info@koreacarsbg.com or to the management address. We respond within the periods set by law.

A dispute may be referred to the Consumer Protection Commission, as well as through the European online dispute resolution platform. These terms do not limit your mandatory rights under Bulgarian and European law.

Governing law

Matters not covered here are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court, unless a law provides for a different jurisdiction for consumers.
