Vehicle information
The site shows two kinds of car, and the terms for them are not the same.
- Available cars — the cars we are selling in Bulgaria right now. We offer the same cars through our own Swedcars dealership on mobile.bg; the pages here are built from those listings.
- Catalogue — cars in South Korea that we import to order. They are not in Bulgaria and are not ours at the time they are published.
Available cars in Bulgaria
The data, the price and the photos of these cars are those of our own mobile.bg listing. The photos are copied, re-encoded and served from our own domain. The mobile.bg listing is the same offer — where the two differ, the current listing there applies.
The list is updated by hand. A sold car drops out at the next update, so for a short time you may still see a car that is no longer available. The page shows how many cars there are and the date the listings are current as of.
The catalogue of cars imported to order
The catalogue's listings come from an external supplier of Korean market data. We sync them into our own database on a schedule and the pages are built from it — we do not query the supplier on every visit. The data is therefore correct as of the last sync, not as of the moment you are reading it.
Availability, price, equipment and history are as the supplier's listing gives them. A car may be sold or withdrawn before it drops out of the catalogue. We have not verified the condition of any particular car until we check it in response to your inquiry.
If the catalogue is showing curated examples rather than real listings, the car's own page says so explicitly.
Prices
The catalogue price is in euro and is labelled “Final price to Sofia”. It covers shipping from South Korea, duties, VAT and every cost up to Sofia. It is worked out from the amount in the supplier's listing at the exchange rate in force at the time of the sync, so it moves with the rate and with the listing. A car without a price is shown as “Price on request”.
The price of an available car is the one in our mobile.bg listing, together with its VAT note where the listing carries one.
A published price is not an offer to enter into a contract. We confirm the final price for a particular car in writing before you take on any commitment.
Inquiries and contracts
Submitting an inquiry is not an order, reservation, contract or payment. A receipt acknowledgment does not confirm a purchase. Specific terms, total price, import costs, transport and timelines are agreed separately before a commitment.
The listings on the site are an invitation to send an inquiry, not an offer.
Sources and rights
The catalogue is filled from an external supplier of Korean market data; its photos are loaded from the listing's own image server (ci.encar.com). The data and the photos of the available cars come from our own mobile.bg listings.
We are not an appointed dealer for any manufacturer and claim no partnership with the listing platforms. Trademarks belong to their respective owners. The sources of the remaining visual material are listed in the visual asset credits.
Complaints and consumer rights
If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, you have your statutory rights, including the right to file a complaint. Complaints are submitted to info@koreacarsbg.com or to the management address. We respond within the periods set by law.
A dispute may be referred to the Consumer Protection Commission, as well as through the European online dispute resolution platform. These terms do not limit your mandatory rights under Bulgarian and European law.
Governing law
Matters not covered here are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court, unless a law provides for a different jurisdiction for consumers.
